In 2016 we had our first Trauma Healing Event in Olathe, Kansas. The event focused on providing a safe environment for survivors of all kinds of trauma to receive both education and healing.
This year, we are offering our second Trauma Healing Event in Carol Stream, Illinois. This event will focus on educating and equipping prayer ministers and facilitators on working with survivors of childhood abuse who are struggling with dissociation. We have seen many people receive complete healing and integration from these deep wounds, and we desire to pass on the tools and skills we have found most useful in this process.
Melissa Finger will be presenting some advanced elements of her approach to working with dissociation. In addition, we will have testimonies from survivors and lots of Q & A. This will be a time of finding hope and encouragement that individuals who have a Trauma Coping System are coming to full healing and integration! It is possible!
